Currently, Fishy has a new warehouse with an area of about 700 square meters (including a frozen warehouse with an area of 500 square meters - a cool warehouse and a regular warehouse, each with an area of approximately 100 square meters). The majority of current difficulties arise in the frozen warehouse due to extremely low temperatures, affecting the shipping process as well as errors in the visual identification of goods. In order to improve operational efficiency and address the issue of goods errors, the company requires a new warehouse management system, as well as standardized processes and supporting equipment to meet the following criteria:

The implemented Warehouse Management System (WMS) will have the ability to standardize warehouse processes and retain operational knowledge. It will especially address the challenging issues faced by customers using specific models such as QR codes and supplementary labels for each item. This will minimize problems like product misplacement, loss, and damage.
